The iPHD aims to improve the health, safety, security, and well-being of New Jersey residents, as well as the efficiency of state government, by securely linking administrative datasets to support approved research projects.
Research Priorities
The iPHD has five research priorities informed by input from a diverse group of policymakers and research stakeholders and adopted by the Governing Board. These priorities seek to address some of the most pressing health and healthcare issues in New Jersey.
Applications should address one or more of the research priorities and serve the overall purpose of the iPHD.

Social Determinants of Health
Assuring access to physical and behavioral health services and addressing social determinants of health

Conducting analyses to support New Jersey's response to COVID-19 and other public health emergencies

Promoting equitable access to high-value health services
