Project description
The New Jersey Health Outcomes of Prenatal Exposure for Substance-Affected Infants and Their Birth Mothers (NJ HOPE Study) will use the Rutger's University unique linked data (iPhD) to improve understanding of the prevalence and impacts of prenatal substance exposure. The study will also provide new insight into the effects of universal toxicology screening --where a positive test triggers child welfare system notification -- on maternal and child health.
